When Benon and Vampos released their 4th single, Nsazewo, weeks later it became a hit song and toped Ugandan chats on the FM radio stations.

The song brought the duo acclaim in the music scene in East Africa. They are now stars and trying to extend their stardom to the international level. Last year, they released another single Mumuleete, which made it to the top ten on MTV chat in UK and on other newly opened MTV Channels in Africa.

Benon and Vampos are now working on a new album called Extra, Extra Large due mid 2007. The album will have 14 tracks and it will most probably be one of the largest ever produced and released in Uganda. RisdelKasasira interviewed Benon on the music group, their experiences and plans for music lovers.
